Marta is a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master-Teacher, Ordained Minister and Shamanic Practitioner. She has over 30 years of experience in Swedish and deep tissue massage, CranioSacral therapy, Reiki, aromatherapy and sound healing. Marta teaches all three levels of the Usui System of Reiki. She enjoys writing and officiating beautiful ceremonies of life. As a Shamanic Practitioner, Marta uses ancient healing practices in a relevant and effective manner. Treatment sessions run from 15 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on your need.
In 1989, after 1200 hours of training, Marta became a Massage Therapist. She has worked in a variety of settings, including day spas, nursing homes, chiropractic offices and health clubs. Marta has also worked with a variety of people, many suffering from chronic pain.
In 1999, under the 2 year guidance of Barbi Lazonby, Marta became a Reiki Master. In her own practice she uses a variety of therapeutic modalities and continues to study and learn new techniques.
In 2014, Marta completed the three-year Foundation for Shamanic Studies program.
